Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with express shipping available for a flat rate.

We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, postal service disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that Eddie Atelier is not responsible for international packages that are lost in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse.

We offer exchanges for the same style and store credit only.

To be eligible for an exchange, merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items returned in a condition different from how they were received may not qualify for an exchange or store credit.
